To avoid confusion and possible complications, please read through our policies.


Our goal is to provide quality reiki sessions to all our patients in a timely manner. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience not only our providers, but our other clients as well. Please be aware of our policy regarding missed appointments, late cancellation, and no shows.


A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointed time. A no-show is when a client misses an appointment without notifying the practitioner before the 24 hour mark. In either case, we will charge the patient the full rate, as a missed appointment fee, as well as rejection to future appointment bookings.


When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other clients. In order to be respectful of your fellow clients, please email phinwellness@gmail.com as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment.

If a cancellation or a reschedule is necessary, we require that you email at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another client access to that appointment time.

Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. For more information, please email at phinwellness@gmail.com

Our Policy

  • Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 100% of the reserved services.

  • If you are more than 10 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.

  • We require a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file.

  • In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.

How to Cancel Your Appointment

As the situation with COVID-19 evolves day-to-day, our top priority during these challenging times continues to be health and safety of our co-workers, customers and community.

  • At Phin Wellness, taking care of both the community and our employees is important to us. All our Phin Wellness employees are provided with necessary protective gear, and screened before entry.

  • All employees have been trained on proper hand washing protocol, work areas are cleaned prior and post formulations, manufacturing, packaging, and shipping each package. 

  • For in person reiki, all clients must go through and fill out a  COVID-19 screening and must be wearing a mask in an enclosed space. Temperature checks will also be taken, prior to entering session.
